Welcome to Function Massage. By booking an appointment, purchasing services or digital products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Function Massage provides professional massage therapy services focused on wellness, athletic recovery, injury rehabilitation, and stress reduction. Our services are strictly therapeutic.

Inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of your session, and full payment will still be required.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, and we do not provide diagnoses or treatment for illness or injury. Please consult your doctor regarding medical conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
You have disclosed or will disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries that might impact your massage session.
You understand the benefits and limitations of massage therapy.

Clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first session and update it whenever their health status changes.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via online booking or phone.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full session fee.
Arriving late may result in your session being shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.
Payments for services, packages, or gift cards are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.
In the event Function Massage must cancel your appointment, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Conduct & Boundaries

To maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment:

Clients are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
Any inappropriate, sexual, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate and permanent termination of services.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

5. Gift Certificates, Packages & Memberships

Gift certificates and prepaid packages must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with written consent.
Expired gift cards or packages may be honored at our discretion.

6. Digital Products & Online Content

Function Massage may offer downloadable digital products, including courses, guides, or programs.

By purchasing digital content, you agree that:

All digital content is for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold.
Access to digital products may be limited by time or require a secure login.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using digital materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that Function Massage is not liable for injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions resulting from massage therapy sessions.
We are not liable for misuse of services, products, or digital content.
We are not responsible for website downtime or third-party issues like payment processing.

8. Privacy

Your personal and health information is confidential and used solely to provide appropriate care. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Function Massage reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
